I am combining Week 0/1 together here, and operating under the assumption we likely won't have any other plays this weekend, but always a chance.
It was a good start to the season overall. We went 8-3 overall, +4.7u. Pre-Game stuff went 7-2, +4.8u while 2 live bets split at 1-1. One of the losses was the Rutgers spread which had our highest expected win % based on where the line closed, but that's how it goes sometimes. I was more disappointed we didn't have more bets that we were close to making, but the market was challenging this week and always a bit gun-shy in the first week, even though our prep should surpass most others.
I've talked about it alot in the mailbags and random Q&A before, but the off-season is a serious grind. You do all the heavy lifting, deep dive into teams, games 10x over, so it's nice to get things started off on the right foot. You may have notice I didn't play any overs. I think it's important to learn your strengths/weaknesses as well. Over the past 4 seasons of the service I've bet 125 overs and have gone 62-61. Unders I've bet 192 and gone 118-72 (61.4%). I've bet a total of 259 Favs, going 144-110 (55.6%) and Underdogs going 118-99 (53.6%). There is a clear outlier there and I'm trying to give us the most opportunities to win. Same thing on team futures. Seem to have been flipping coins on those the last 4 years pre-flop so taking it relatively easy, but always looking to add.
Week 2 it is imperative to not overreact to some of the things you saw in Week 1 but at the same time, latch onto trends and opportunities that you see emerge. Keeping with the theme, The past 4 years we have gone 37-19, +17.7u in Week 2.
As many have likely noticed, I didn't get around to write-ups. I received a ton of feedback, both positive and negative, that unless I really spent a ton of time breaking them down, they weren't worth it. Given that I provide the full stat profiles and want to focus on finding winners, the write-ups will likely be rare this year as they were towards the end of LY.
That said, I am always happy to answer emails/DMs/mailbags about particular games.

Off and running bub. Thanks for all you do.
